Servicer and Master Servicer
Integrity is our standard
Pursuant to the Italian legislation currently in force, the Servicer is responsible for operational tasks related to the collection of the transferred receivables and cash and payment services , which may be, to a certain extent, delegated to a sub-servicer or special servicer (Operational Function), and for regulatory tasks to ensure that the transaction complies with the law and the prospectus, in the interest of the noteholders and of the market in general (Warranty Function).
Depending on transaction characteristics, Securitisation Services may act as:
- Master Servicer when it is responsible for the regulatory tasks, delegating the servicing activities to a third party: the sub-servicer or special servicer;
- Servicer / Primary Servicer when it is responsible for the servicing of the receivables, in addition to carrying out regulatory duties.
Our operational model requires the analysis of all the parties involved in each transaction: we safeguard your reputation by safeguarding ours.
In almost all transactions where Securitisation Services acts as Servicer or Master Servicer, it is also Corporate Servicer. This is a further strength because, while ensuring data accuracy, it allows clients to benefit from synergies between these services.
