The legal representative, a key and active role

The Representative of the Noteholders, either asset backed securities (ABS) or covered bond issued in accordance with Law 130/1999, or bonds issued pursuant to art. 2412 Civil Code, is the legal representative of investors.

The independence, experience and professionalism enable the Representative of the Noteholders coordinate the actions that investors wish to pursue. This avoids the problems that can arise from the actions of individual noteholders and benefit from greater bargaining power representing all investors. In addition, where there are no material issues it can act independently, saving costly and consultations for investors.
