With a long and proven track record, we are a leading provider of services to the structured finance industry, offering the full range of services with a reputation of integrity, quality and transparency.

Since 2001 we are qualified to act as Servicer as per Italian Securitisation Law no. 130/1999.

On 5th May 2016 Securitisation Services has been enrolled in the new and single Register of Financial Intermediaries pursuant to Article 106 of the 1993 Italian Banking Act under no. 50.

Our structure and operational model have been rated by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services since 2007, and we are proud to have earned the top ranking as a “STRONG” Master Servicer of ABS, CMBS and RMBS receivables in Italy.

Securitisation Services is headquartered in Conegliano (Treviso) Italy, and has offices in Milan and subsidiaries in Luxembourg and Moscow.
