Notification of merger by incorporation - Processing of personal data

Banca Finanziaria Internazionale s.p.a., (Banca Finint), based in Conegliano, Via Vittorio Alfieri 1 (C.F. 04040580963), with effective date from 28th October 2020, pursuant to art. 2054 bis of the Italian Civil Code, has taken over without interruption all the assets and liabilities of the companies being acquired. As a result of this incorporation, Banca Finint is now the new entity who acts as Data Controller of the personal data already processed by the companies who have been acquired, for the purposes and according to the legal basis of the processing as previously communicated by the latter controllers.

All the data subjects can consult our complete privacy notice on the website www.bancafinint.com and exercise their rights in accordance with the GDPR by contacting the new Data Controller, via its Data Protection Officer at the email address privacy@bancafinint.it.

However, Banca Finint will send its privacy notice to the data subjects at the time of the first communication to them.
