Depending on your needs, we perform the following services:

• Back-Up Servicer, when Securitisation Services is ready to step in as servicer of the transaction if the original one has to be substituted. We offer a range of back-up servicing options, from cold to hot back-up, which enable you to effectively achieve the objectives while minimizing the impact on the structures of the original Servicer.
• Back-Up Servicer Facilitator, when Securitisation Services assists the SPV in finding a suitable Back-Up Servicer or Substitute Servicer if certain events occur.
• Back-Up Computation Agent, when Securitisation Services is ready to step in as Computation Agent if the original one fails to submit the reports.
