Banca Finint in the first CQS market securitisation of Sigla structured by Société Générale

The securitisation of CQS credits by Sigla Credit was recently completed, involving Banca Finint (Securitisation Services Division) in the roles of Master Servicer, Corporate Servicer, Computation Agent and Representative of Noteholders.

The operation, carried out through the vehicle company Pelmo SPV Srl, established by Banca Finint pursuant to law 130/1999, provides for the transfer of personal loans assisted by the assignment / delegation of the fifth of the salary / pension (so-called CQS) originating by Sigla and the issue of securities, which have been listed on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

This is the first market securitisation carried out by Sigla and one of the first market securitisations carried out after the Covid-19 pandemic.
