Banca Finint in the 15 mln bond of Udinese Calcio
The Udinese Calcio company has successfully obtained loans for a total of 20 million euros through the Epic SIM platform - today Azimut Direct, the Azimut Group fintech at the service of Italian SMEs.
Specifically, Udinese Calcio issued a 15 million euro bond and obtained a 5 million euro loan, both supported by the SACE Guarantee Italy, with a five-year duration and subscribed by institutional investors.
The funds will be used by Udinese Calcio, which stands out in the panorama of Italian football clubs for its high level of operations on the alternative capital market, to support its strategic plans.
In the transaction, Banca Finint assumed the roles of Paying Agent, Issuing Agent and Common Representative pursuant to the SACE General Conditions.
