Banca Finint has completed an innovative securitization transaction of tax credits originating from building stock recovery and energy efficiency interventions (Ecobonus and Bonus Casa) in collaboration with EasyTransfer, the platform that deals with credit transfers deriving from tax deductions.
The operation involves as transferors over 1,300 window and door companies participating in the platform and distributed throughout the national territory, to which the operation allows to monetize in a simple and direct way the credits deriving from the application of the discount on the invoice and therefore to obtain resources for develop further interventions aimed at the renewal of the Italian real estate assets.
The operation is part of the rules introduced by the Relaunch Decree, which allows for the disposal of tax credits accrued with restructuring interventions aimed at energy requalification through the exercise of the discount on the invoice.
